What time does the ceremony start?
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm.
Can I bring my kids?
We love your little ones but this is an adults-only celebration.
Can I drive to the venue?
No! There is virtually no public parking. You must utilize the shuttle service we're providing to access the venue. Please see the shuttle schedule timeline.
What do I do if I miss the shuttle?
If you miss your shuttle, we first recommend trying to catch the next scheduled shuttle or, if possible, driving to another pickup location with a later departure time.
If you’re staying in town (rather than in the Valley), you may also be able to Uber to another pickup location or directly to the venue, then take the shuttle back later in the evening.
Please note that Uber and other rideshare services can be unreliable and expensive in West Marin, so we strongly encourage planning ahead and utilizing the shuttle service.
What will the weather be like?
Hopefully sunny! California weather is fickle, make sure to pack a few layers and to check the weather app frequently. This is an afternoon to evening ceremony at a completely outdoor venue.
Will you be providing dinner?
Yes — but in an unconventional way! Our wedding is designed to be social and celebratory, so we won’t be hosting a traditional sit-down dinner. Instead, we’ll be serving a variety of stationed and passed hot and cold tapas-style bites throughout the evening, followed by late-night pizza from the oven and dessert!
Is it ok to take pictures with our phones?
Our ceremony is unplugged—please enjoy the moment and refrain from taking photos during the vows. You’re welcome to take a few snaps during the cocktail hour or reception, but we promise the best photos will come from our professional photographer.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
This is an afternoon-to-evening, fully outdoor ceremony. The ceremony area is shaded by a pergola, and there will be plenty of umbrellas to provide sun protection. The main bar is also covered to keep things shaded while you grab your drinks. Please note that the venue includes gravel in many areas and some exposed dirt, so we recommend choosing footwear that will be comfortable for outdoor terrain.
Is there a coat check?
Yes, there will be a coat check available.
What is the bathroom situation?
There will be multiple higher-end portable restrooms brought in for the event, including an ADA-accessible option. There is also a bathroom in the main bar area that will be available before the ceremony, but it will be closed during the reception due to capacity limits.
Can I bring a plus-one?
If your invitation includes a plus-one, then absolutely!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes — we’ve got you covered!
Will transportation be provided?
Yes, we are providing shuttles to and from the venue. Please see the shuttle schedule for more information.
What time should I expect to leave?
The first shuttle will depart around 8:00 PM and will continue running approximately every hour, on the hour. The final shuttle will leave at 11:00 PM.
For reference, the band will finish playing at 10:30 PM, though guests are welcome to leave whenever they’d like throughout the evening.
What if I want to leave the wedding early?
No problem! A shuttle will run from the venue every half hour throughout the evening.
